2015 was a totally different vintage and experience after 2014. It was a warm vintage bringing a much faster ripening shown in the early vintage times. The fruits was more riped bringing a round and mouthfull structure. Our Estate wine blended grapes from different single vineyards of Rány and Nyakvágó. 100% furmint Rány-Olaszliszka és Nyakvágó-Tolcsva 23rd September The alcoholic fermantation and the aging was in stainless steel tank. The fruit was fermented at low temperature (14 C°). For the clear and juicy tastes and aromas we use a neutral selected yeasts. After fermentation the 2 different wines was blended and aged for 6 months on fine lees. After bottled it was aged further 6 months in a bottle.
