Vintage:

Average winter, early blooming, diverse summer. Early vintage, warm and dry autumn. Fruity wines with nice acids.

Harvest: September, October 2015

Vinification + maturation:  After destemming wine was put into stainless steel tanks for 2 months. After fermentation wine was aged in Hungarian and French oaks for 16 months of which 20% was new oak, also used oaks, 5 hl big barrels. Further bottle ageing for 1 more year.

A pincében bogyózás után a szőlő zárt kóracél tartályba került közel 2 hónapra. Majd erjedés után a bor 16 hónapot töltött magyar és francia hordókban, melyek között megtalálható volt új (20%) és használt, valamint 225 literes, 5 hl-es nagyhordó is. Palackozás után az érlelő pincében további 1 évet töltött palackban.

Bottled: December 2017.

Tasting notes: Forest fruits open the row of aromas in the nose replaced by engaging fragrance of ripe plum afterwards. The same fruits on the palate. Determined acids and tanning establishing roundness. Young and crispy needs time to age. However it is a young wine, an excellent wine in proportion was bottled.
