2015 was a totally different vintage and experience after 2014. It was a warm vintage bringing a much faster ripening s hown in the early vintage times. The fruits was more riped bringing a round and mouthfull structure. Classical and elegant dry furmint of Tokaj. Rich in fine details with the unique spices of Tokaj, long aftertaste with long aging potential. In fragrances it shows elegancy, clean and clear aromas of the fruit and terroir, notes completed with aromas, spices of the oak.

picking the grapes in 2 different times. First harvest: middle of September, Second harvest: first part of October The grape was fermented in stainless steel tank with neutral selected yeast. The
fermentation took place at low temperature at 14-16 C°. After the fermantation we aged the wine in the 500 l Hungarian oak barrels (Kádár Hungary) for 4 months on the fine lees. Finaly we fill back the wine into the stainless steel tank and aging for another 3 months before bottling.
