2020年秋・開講!! 対象/ 在ハンガリー日本人または外国人駐在員の方でビジネスにも役立つテイスティングマナー(ブラインドテイスティング)を学びたい方、ハンガリーワインとワイン産地を中心に全7回、授業の前半は講義、後半はブラインドテイスティング、6種類の試飲してハンガリーワインを本格的に学べるコースです。

Session Learning Outcome

Session Learning Outcome: Explain the historical background of the Hungarian wine regions. How the natural and human factors influence the production of dry and sweet wines of the world. Explain the effect of geology to the different wine districts. Explain the differences between the production of light white and red wines, and natural sweet wines of the world.
